We will be shipping your products to the address provided in Paypal. Please enter your information in correctly.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel your order. We will charge you a $25.00 restocking fee. Please make sure you choose the correct product.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Product Disclaimer
TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos above will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are not processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since our products are not processed or colored , our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of 1B (Off Black) . We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring the hair. Our hair is able to withstand coloring.
Shipping and Handling:
Although the money may have left your account it takes a minimum of 3 business days for the payment to be completed. Before you check out please make sure that is the hair you want. Once purchase is complete no changes will be made.

Once mailed the package will arrive in 5-10 DAYS via usps. We've been told it comes earlier than that. ONCE MAILED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
Adverse weather may cause a delay in shipping. If this happens, we apologize for any delays but will not be responsible for any delays nor will any refunds on the cost of shipping nor the cost of a purchase be refunded.
