Q: What should I expect in terms of quality from this hair?

    A: The hair is 100% VIRGIN HAIR, meaning that it is subject to color variations including grey hairs depending on it's donor. The hair is very SOFT and TANGLE-FREE! The wefts are strong but we do recommend sealing weft to ensure quality.

Q: How long should shipping take?

    A: Regular shipment may take 5-8  business days in the US.

Q: How is hair length measured?

    A: Hair is held by weft and stretched from the ends against a ruler. Straight hair is true to length, depending on curl pattern hair in natural state may be shorter until straightened.

Q:How do I ensure my money is secure and protected?

     A: We use Paypal as our method of payment. Paypal is known for holding funds in Escrow until your shipment is delivered to you. We NEVER know your card or account numbers.
